Current Situation - Risks

While it is common to lease / purchase copy and print equipment, this is a restrictive approach considering 1) there may not have been a thorough and verified needs assessment and 2) business needs are likely to change within the 3 to 5 year lease term.  Therefore, possibly not initially selecting the right equipment for the business and its impact on staff efficiency (as they need to spend extra time dealing with copy and print issues) carries on for many years and potential requirement changes are unlikely to match the hardware under contract. 


Recommendation

A better solution is to leverage the DOS-AOE owned a fleet of copiers and printers.  These were selected using expert knowledge about product reliability and service features from our many units already in the field. 

Our Method

We begin with a brief usage study and asking about your copy and print needs and current usage to form a starting recommendation.  With these units in place, we can monitor usage to determine if adjustments are needed and propose our findings accordingly.  At that point, you decide if you want to change to stay as-is.
